About
About Huntsville Quality Fence
Huntsville Quality Fence is a referral service for homeowners in Huntsville, Madison and the rest of North Alabama who want a fence built, replaced or repaired. We publish plain information on fence types, costs, permits, soil and utility rules, and when you are ready, we pass your request to an independent local fence contractor who serves your area.
What we do, and what we don't
- We pass your contact details and project description to an independent fence contractor who works in your area.
- The contractor contacts you, measures, quotes in writing and, if you hire them, does the work. Your agreement is with them, and you pay them directly.
- We do not build, repair, price, manage, supervise or consult on fence work, negotiate contracts or take payments, and we hold no contractor's license.
- Before you sign, ask whether a state license applies to your job and check it at hblb.alabama.gov (residential improvement work over $10,000) or genconbd.alabama.gov (commercial work of $100,000 or more).
Huntsville Quality Fence is a referral service, not a licensed contractor. We pass homeowner requests to independent local fence contractors and do not build, repair, price, manage or supervise any fence work. Each contractor is solely responsible for its own work, licensing, permits, insurance, warranties and pricing. In Alabama, residential improvement work costing more than $10,000 may require a Home Builders Licensure Board license, and commercial work of $100,000 or more a General Contractors Board license; check a contractor at hblb.alabama.gov or genconbd.alabama.gov before you sign.
